Salem Cannery

Welcome to The Cannery! Over 8 acres of Salem’s historic riverfront will be transformed into a new mixed-use entertainment district. The story of the site’s history is told actively through interpretive placemaking elements and passively through reused historic metal archways, fruit tree groves, and overhead stormwater channels. The project provides direct public access to the Willamette River, Mill Creek, and a city park at the confluence of the two.

@langohansen  Lango Hansen has been teaming with Sandy Parks and Recreation on the design of the new Community Campus Park. Site amenities include a skate park, a pump track, a fully-inclusive playground, a direct connection to the Sandy River Trail and much more!
